Введение. Заболевания мочеполовой системы представляют собой одну из серьезных проблем здравоохранения, что обусловлено постоянным увеличением случаев хронических прогрессирующих заболеваний почек, высокой распространенностью хронической почечной недостаточности и инвалидизацией пациентов, начиная с детского возраста.

Целью исследования явилась оценка организации медицинской помощи детям с болезнями мочевыделительной системы на амбулаторном этапе республики по ответам родителей детей с болезнями мочевыделительной системы до и после внедрения комплекса мер.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Данные, полученные в ходе исследования, были занесены в базу данных на компьютере, в дальнейшем была проведена обработка статистических данных с использованием программного пакета SPSS Statistics.

Результаты исследования показали, что после внедрения комплекса мер значительно увеличились все критерии, влияющие на качество медицинской помощи детям с болезнями мочевыделительной системы на амбулаторном этапе.

Заключение

Заключение. Полученные результаты исследовательской работы свидетельствуют об эффективности предложенного комплекса мер для совершенствования медицинской помощи детям на амбулаторном этапе.

Introduction

Introduction. Diseases of the genitourinary system are one of the serious health problems due to the constant increase in cases of chronic progressive kidney disease, the high prevalence of chronic renal failure and disability of patients starting from childhood.

The aim of the study was to assess the organization of medical care for children with diseases of the urinary system at the outpatient stage of the republic based on the responses of parents of children with diseases of the urinary system before and after the introduction of a set of measures.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. The data obtained during the study were entered into a database on a computer, then statistical data were processed using the SPSS Statistics software package.

The results of the study showed that after the introduction of a set of measures, all the criteria affecting the quality of medical care for children with diseases of the urinary system at the outpatient stage significantly increased.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The results of research indicate the effectiveness of the proposed set of measures to improve medical care for children at the outpatient stage.
