Среди методов остановки внутреннего кровотечения все более широкое распространение получает метод эндоваскулярной баллонной окклюзии аорты, применяемый как в первые минуты после доставки пострадавшего в стационар, так и на догоспитальном этапе. На основании обзора современной литературы описан подход к остановке продолжающегося кровотечения методом баллонной окклюзии аорты, рассмотрены показания и описана техника выполнения вмешательства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ongoing bleeding is one of the main life-threatening sequences of trauma. A method of endovascular balloon occlusion of the aorta is used during first minutes after patient's admission to a trauma center or at pre-hospital stage. This method is now widely accepted worldwide to control intraabdominal or pelvic bleeding.
