Полученные данные не позволили выявить достоверных отличий в непосредственных и отдаленных результатах сопоставляемых групп. Отмечено, что в условиях работы скорой помощи проведение компрессий по «ручной» методике не всегда является возможным, но при этом сохраняются условия для использования устройств типа «LUCAS-2». Это обстоятельство позволяет рекомендовать более широкое использование данного устройства в практике оказания экстренной догоспитальной помощи в Санкт-Петербурге. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article presents the results of a retrospective research study on the outcomes of chest compressions through the traditional “manual” method and with the use of the electromechanical device LUCAS-2. The collected data did not provide us with evidence of a significant discrepancy in the results of two compared groups of patients; immediate that in certain situations encountered byEMS, it is not always possible to provide a patient with manual chest compressions, but conditions could make it possible to continue with the use of devices such as the “LUCAS-2”.
