Описана семиотика компрессии спинного мозга, представлена методика количественной оценки степени стеноза позвоночного канала и компрессии спинного мозга. Произведен анализ костной травмы с выделением вида повреждения, определением количества поврежденных колонн шейного позвонка. Проанализирован вклад поврежденных элементов позвоночника в компрессию спинного мозга с выделением главного компримирующего фактора, что позволяет выбирать наиболее оптимальный вид лечения. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Article is educated to opportunities of a magnetic and resonant and computer tomography in diagnostics of cord compression in patients with trauma of the cervical spine. Described semiotics of spinal cord compression, the technique of the quantitative assessment of canal stenosis and spinal cord compression. The analysis of bone injury with the release of the type of damage, determining the amount of damaged columns of the cervical vertebra.
