Кровотечение, возникшее у пациента после плановой тонзиллэктомии, представляет собой серьезное осложнение, требующее оказание неотложной помощи. Тактика лечения при кровотечениях после тонзиллэктомии зависит от интенсивности кровотечения и предрасполагающих факторов. В данной работе представлен анализ причин вторичных кровотечений после тонзиллэктомии в раннем и отдаленном послеоперационном периоде.

Bleeding after tonsillectomy is a serious complication that requires emergency care. The tactic of treatment for bleeding after tonsillectomy depends on the intensity of bleeding and predisposing factors. The paper presents an analysis of the causes of secondary bleeding in patients after tonsillectomy.
