В настоящее время для коррекции гипергликемии при различных неотложных состояниях стали широко применяться специализированные энтеральные питательные смеси (ЭПС) типа «Диабет», имеющие низкий гликемический индекс. Изучены прогностическое значение гипергликемии и эффективность ее раннего контроля в заданном целевом диапазоне с использованием указанных ЭПС в качестве единственного источника питания больных в острую фазу течения впервые возникшего инфаркта миокарда.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently the emergency medicine turned on the wide use of the special enteral nutritional cocktails like “Diabetes” to manage different types of hyperglycemia under various acute disorders.
