Статья посвящена нашему опыту использования ВА-ЭКМО для лечения пациентов, поступивших в стационарное отделение скорой медицинской помощи в состоянии клинической смерти. Мы столкнулись с проблемой длительной транспортировки между догоспитальным и госпитальным этапами оказания медицинской помощи. Существует необходимость гармонизации алгоритмов сердечно-легочной реанимации для бригад скорой медицинской помощи в случае создания ЭКМО-центров для данной группы пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>There are a few cases of applying of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in emergency situations in Russian Federation. This article  is about of first experience of using VA-ECMO for the treating patients, which were admitted with cardiac arrest in our ED. We are  faced with the problem of long transportation from out-of-hospital to  hospital treatment.
