Показано, что клиническая картина интоксикации этанолом и ее осложнения зависит от лигандрецепторного и ферментного дисбалансов. Представлены фармакологические подходы к лечению острой интоксикации этанолом и ее осложнений на догоспитальном этапе и в отделении экстренной медицинской помощи.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ethanol intoxication is analyzed from the point of ethanol interaction with receptors and enzymes. Ethanol dependence is based on neurochemical misbalance, which is different in acute ethanol intoxication and withdrawal. It is shown that the clinical manifestation of ethanol intoxication and its complications depends on ligand-receptor and enzyme imbalances.
