У 1/3 женщин молодого и среднего возраста отсутствовали типичные ангинозные боли. Задержка госпитализации была связана как с поздним обращением (особенно молодые женщины) больных, так и с недостаточной настороженностью врачей, в том числе из‑за особенностей клинической картины. Заключение. В 1/3 случаев ИМ у женщин развивается без типичной клинической картины, что приводит к поздней госпитализации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: to study the features of the course of myocardial infarction (MI) in women of different ages at the pre‑hospital period of disease. Materials and methods: 344 women with MI of three age groups were examined: young — up to 45 years old, middle — 45–59 years old, and elderly — 60 years and older. Results: in the majority of young and middle‑aged women, MI was the onset of coronary heart disease. Typical anginal pain was absent in 1/3 cases of young women and middle‑aged women. Delay in hospitalization was associated with both late admission (especially young women) of patients, and insufficient doctor’s alertness, including due to the peculiarities of the clinical picture. Conclusion.
