В статье рассмотрены вопросы совершенствования организации и управления скорой медицинской помощью на основе реструктуризации клинико-организационного процесса. Дополнительным компонентом управления стала новая форма контроля - аудит труда. Качество труда персонала скорой медицинской помощи рассматривается как фактор, определяющий удовлетворенность пациентов оказанной помощью.
The article considers the issues of improving the organization and management of emergency medical care on the basis of the restructuring of the clinical-organizational process. An additional component of the management was a new form of control: audit of work. The work quality of the personnel on the emergency medical service is considered with satisfaction of the patients by medical care.
