На основании обзора литературы, сравнительного анализа эффективности различных групп противосудорожных препаратов, собственного клинического опыта предлагается оптимальный алгоритм внутривенного лечения судорожного синдрома и эпилептического статуса на различных этапах оказания скорой медицинской помощи.

Based on the literature analysis about effectiveness of various groups of anticonvulsants and of our experience is proposed an optimal algorithm for intravenous treatment of seizures and epileptic status at different levels of emergency medical care.
