Затронуты вопросы применения оксигенотерапии и неинвазивных методов респираторной поддержки, которые могут потребоваться в процессе оказания помощи пациентам с одышкой в условиях отделения скорой помощи стационара.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review is devoted to some issues of the pathophysiology of acute dyspnea, its clinical manifestations, approaches to assessing severity, as well as some aspects of laboratory and instrumental diagnostics.
