Цель данного обзора современных источников литературы и анализа собственного практического опыта —  повышение уровня информированности врачей выездных бригад и стационарных отделений скорой медицинской помощи (СМП) в вопросах диагностики, клиники и современных подходов к лечению пациентов в состоянии тяжелой гипотермии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Severe hypothermia (decrease in internal temperature below +28 °C) is a life–threatening condition requiring coordinated staged intensive care, which has its own characteristics.
