Статья описывает различные виды сортировочных шкал, применяемых в стационарных отделениях скорой помощи в различных странах. Проводится их сравнительный анализ, объясняется необходимость создания данного инструмента в стационарах Российской Федерации.

The article describes various types of triage scales used in emergency departments in different countries. A comparative analysis is performed. The rationale for creating such instruments in Russian hospitals is given.
