СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ТРАНСКАТЕТЕРНОЙ АРТЕРИАЛЬНОЙ ЭМБОЛИЗАЦИИ ПРИ КРОВОТЕЧЕНИЯХ ИЗ ОРГАНОВ БРЮШНОЙ ПОЛОСТИ НЕТРАВМАТИЧЕСКОГО ГЕНЕЗА (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

На современном этапе лечения желудочно-кишечных кровотечений важное место занимают рентгенхирургические методы. В настоящем обзоре рассмотрены особенности применения транскатетерной артериальной эмболизации при наиболее актуальных нозологических формах: язвенных гастродуоденальных кровотечениях, кровотечениях при хронических и острых панкреатитах и при распадающихся опухолях желудочно-кишечного тракта.
