Обследование и лечение больных с одышкой в стационарном отделении скорой помощи: обзор

Аннотация

Обзор посвящен частным вопросам патофизиологии острой одышки, ее клиническим проявлениям, подходам к оценке выраженности, а также некоторым аспектам лабораторно-инструментальной диагностики. Затронуты вопросы применения оксигенотерапии и неинвазивных методов респираторной поддержки, которые могут потребоваться в процессе оказания помощи пациентам с одышкой в условиях отделения скорой помощи стационара.
