THE NOSOLOGICAL STRUCTURE OF PATIENTS OF SHORT TERM TREATMENT UNIT OF MULTIPROFILE HOSPITAL

Abstract

The paper presents the analysis of nosological entityntity structure of patients being hospitalized and treated at the short term treatment department of I. I. Dzhanelidze Research Institute of Emergency Medicine for the period of a year 2012. From 3037 patients admitted mostly from emergency department (97,21%), there were 29,96% of patients admitted from the yellow zone, 1,09% of cases from red zone, 67,86% of cases from green zone. It has been found out that 58,90% of patients were hospitalized for the short term treatment, 37,44% of patients were hospitalized for making a diagnosis. The ratio of diseases of IDC-10 of hospitalized patients was ranged in clinical groups: 55,2% - «Inflammatory disease of gastrointestinal tract, peritoneum, liver, hernia» (D73.5; K20.; K21.0, K22.1.2.6; K25.0.3.4.7.9; K26.4.7.9; K27.0; K29.0.1.3-9; K31.8; K35.9; K38.8; K40.9; K42.1.9; K43.9; K44.9; K45.8; K50.1; K51.0.3.9; K52.8.9; K55.0.1.9; K57.0.3; K58.0.9; K59.0.2; K60.1.2; K62.8; K66.0; K70.3; K71.0.5-7; K73.2.8.9; K74.6; K80.0.1.4.5; K81.0.1; K82.3; K83.1; K85.; K86.0-2; K91.8), 11,8% - «Aorta and peripheral vascular disease» (G95.1; I70.0.2; I72.3; I74.2.3; I80.0-3.8; I82.1; I83.1.2.9; I84.0-2.4.5.7.9; I87.0; I89.0.8; M31.1)
