Abstract
90 538 emergency ambulance calls appointed for patient's hypertension were analyzed for the period from 2006 to 2015 yy. It was revealed that for the period of 10 years repeated calls for the reason of hypertension was increased to 57%. Frequency of single calls was stable and not significantly increase. Every ambulance call was analyzed and the whole bunch of calls was statistically simulated. Among multiple calls each 20th patient call ambulance more than 20 times a year. The statement of health in 92,2% of patients was not connected with the direct danger for life. Increased frequency of multiple ambulance calls highlighted the necessity of implementation individual health self-care programs for hypertensive patients.

Abstract
The article presents the data analysis of federal regulatory legal acts governing the provision of primary health and ambulance medical care for children in emergency and acute forms. Mastering complex regulations presented, is essential for formation the legal literacy and lawful behavior among pediatrician and ambulance doctors engaged in the provision of these types of assistance. Analytical studies helped to identify and combine in a complex situation of federal regulations that are relevant for the activities of primary health care and emergency medical care for children in emergency and urgent manner. Abstract
In the article the capacity of using the index of combined cranio-cerebral trauma (ICCT) for prehospital prognosis of the mortal probability is discussed. The comparison of degree distribution of ICCT, ISS and RTS indexes in time of hospitalization of 50 victims with cranio-cerebral trauma, that all died later, were performed. Based on the analysis of treatment results of 985 patients with cranio-cerebral trauma we defined the ICCT sensitivity and specificity in prediction of mortality.

Abstract
The purpose of research to reveal features of gastrointestinal bleedings in patients with infectious diseases. Analyzed the case reports of 155 patients who were treated in two hospitals of St. Petersburg in 20022014 years. It is found that most gastrointestinal bleedings observed on a background of intestinal infections (62,1%), mild blood loss was 58,6%, at 72,4% it was bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract.

Abstract
The analysis of the APACHE IIscale dynamics and basic life-support systems indicators in 164 patients with severe concomitant injury were conducted. Different predictive value of «routine» support systems indicators was established. The highest predictive value was established for the APACHE II scale. Prognostic evaluation of APACHE II scale more than 8 scores indicates a risk of complications, including death.

Abstract
38 patients were hospitalized to Alexandrovsky City Hospital with acute severe ethanol intoxication (coma 1, coma 2). 20 patients received Molixan 3,0 мг/кг IV bolus. The other interventions were identical in both groups of patients (dextrose, saline, vits). The awakening effect was recorded in 3h (molixan) and 12 h (controls). Molixan administration reduced length of stay in the Hospital and increased quality assurance as such.

Abstract
Study of thrombolytic therapy and concomitant antiplatelet treatment in myocardial infarction with ST-segment elevation stay a very actual problem. The article presents the analysis of the effecacy and safety of thrombolysis in the background of ticagrelor during the first 24 h. Ticagrelor intake were accompanied by a significant reduction in the frequency of reperfusion arrhythmias in comparison with clopidogrel in the composition of antiplatelet therapy.
