Abstract

Describes the Organization of distance learning cycle for doctors and paramedics, the technique of stimulating self-learning address their personal health advice on pressing practical issues. Examines the effectiveness of the proposed system, provides evidence of significant improvement in the level of training participants in the experimental group for a two-month training cycle.

Abstract

We analyzed ambulance diagnoses of patients with acute decompensation of heart failure with the background of the intermediate ejection fraction. In this category of patients acute decompensation of heart failure was diagnosed in-hospital, not associated with acute coronary syndrome, or other cardiological diseases. 78 variants of different diagnoses of referral of patients to the hospital at the prehospital stage were found, with a true diagnosis of acute decompensation of heart failure being established in only patients. All diagnoses were divided into 6 groups with the subsequent analysis of the causes of diagnostic errors.

Abstract

Currently the emergency medicine turned on the wide use of the special enteral nutritional cocktails like “Diabetes” to manage different types of hyperglycemia under various acute disorders. Under the conditions of resuscitation and intensive care unit (RICU) there looked into the possibility and efficacy of early monitoring of the hyperglycemia target values using the special enteral nutritional cocktails with the MI patients.

Abstract

The retrospective analysis of 22 patients’ clinical records with the verified pulmonary artery thromboembolism (PE) with various outcomes of a disease is carried out. Hypodiagnostics of PE at a pre-hospital stage is revealed, the predictive importance of Revised Geneva Score scale is shown, predictors of a lethal outcome at a PE are defined: arterial hypotension, tachycardia, McGinn-White syndrome (SI-QIII phenomenon).

Abstract

The clinic-statistical analysis of complaints of Krasnodar citizens about the arterial hypertension according to the data of the first medical aid service has been performed to optimize the organizational and methodological approaches to prevention and medical service for population. As the material of the study the database of the complex automatic control system of emergency stations in 2015–2016 has been considered. The study has revealed that the arterial hypertension is one of the severest diseases in the structure of the cardiovascular pathologies in men of working age and older women which provides the significant working area for the first medical aid service and demands the principal reorganization in the activity of the out-patient and polyclinic departments responsible for the clinical examination of the population.

Abstract

This research is devoted to a retrospective analysis of the number of missions of the emergency medical service to adult patients that suffer from acute respiratory failure (ARF) of various severity in St. Petersburg during 2017. Gender and age characteristics of the groups of patients with ARF are presented. Nosologic forms of diseases that tend to be the most common reason of ARF are also identified. The analysis of immediate results of missions to the patients is presented.

The paper presents the results of the study of the content of proinflammatory cytokines (IL‑8) in the urine from the ureter from the affected side and the bladder. This allowed to carry out differentiated therapy depending on the localization of the inflammatory process in the urinary system.

Abstract

There are a few cases of applying of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in emergency situations in Russian Federation. This article  is about of first experience of using VA-ECMO for the treating patients, which were admitted with cardiac arrest in our ED. We are  faced with the problem of long transportation from out-of-hospital to  hospital treatment. There is necessity for harmonization algorithms of  CPR for amblulances while creating ECMO-centers for the patients with cardiac arrest in Russia.
