Studied the effect of the combination of ketorolac and antihypertensive drugs on the course of acute pain in vertebral pathology and hypertension. It is concluded that the efficiency combination of ketorolac with moxonidine or propronalolom is more high.

Abstract
In work markers of an adverse clinical outcome both their predictive and information importance at patients with traumatic shock of heavy degree at a prehospital stage of treatment are presented. It is established that the shock index (3), heart rate (140), hypothermia (35,7), level of consciousness of patients on a scale a lump of Glasgow of 7 points are markers of an adverse clinical outcome at a hospital stage and possess the high informative importance.

Abstract
The economic evaluation of effectiveness of emergency department of multidisciplinary hospital is made in this article. Adaptation of emergency department with hospital beds enabled increase cost-effectiveness of specialized hospital departments and the hospital as a whole. It made it possible owing to rationalized patient selection for hospitalization to expensive specialized departments and to lower cost of treatment in emergency department in comparison with treatment on beds of specialized departments. Cost effectiveness of beds of emergency departments in 2012 was 10,5%. It was identified 28,6% of insufficient funding of outpatients in the first day, that requires tariff revision of payment for medical care.

Abstract
Treatment of somatic pathology and prevention of complications in persons under the influence of alcohol is now unsolved problem that often leads to fatal consequences. Neuropsychiatric hospitals are not suited for this task. Modern health strategy aims to create chambers for treatment of persons intoxicated with multidisciplinary hospital emergency room, which should significantly reduce the mortality rate in these patients.

To determine the optimal and highly informative methods of diagnosis of pancreatic cysts complicated by perforation was developed scale, consisting of five diagnostic features. The sensitivity of the scale is 95,8%, the specificity was 95,7%.

Abstract
Results of examination and treatment of 142 patients with acute decompensated chronic heart failure in Saint-Petersburg Research Institute for Emergency Care n.a. I. I. Dhanelidze submitted. Part of them were prescribed medications with immunomodulating and anti-inflammatory properties to manage elements of systemic inflammation syndrome. Positive effect of such medications during in-hospital period of time probably continuing to long-time prognosis.

Abstract
Presents data about informative diagnostic endoscopy to identify the source of bleeding from the upper parts of the gastrointestinal tract in patients with acute coronary syndrome, explained the need for premedication and sedation in this group of patients, ensuring the safety of this diagnostic method, justified the extension of indications for performing endoscopy in patients with acute coronary syndrome before prescrib- ing antithrombotic therapy to prevent the development of bleeding from the upper sections of the gastro-in- testinal tract.
