Abstract
The article raises the question of medical ethics in the postmodern era in the aspect of the relations’ be- tween doctor and patient changes which are detected in the substitution of the direct verbal with deper- sonalization and standardization of the treatment process. Comparison of the main characteristics of social processes has revealed that the changes above are the direct results of the postmodern era. Transforming medicine in the part of the service sector, it introduced the new depersonalized identity into medicine: a service provider who works in accordance with medical economic standards (doctor) and a service consum- er (patient). This allows to consider the emergence of medical economic standards as natural result, virtually replacing the category of “morality” for medicine. Possible solutions to correct of the situation on a personal and national level were offered: “simulation of modernity”, return to the classical propaedeutic canon and the synthesis of the modern achievements and the traditional approach.

Objective: definition of evidence of the effectiveness or possible shortcomings of mechanical devices, in particular apparatus LUCAS, in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Material and methods: a review of publications on the use of a mechanical device LUCAS CPR. Results: the analysis of published data showed that randomized clinical trials failed to demonstrate a survival benefit for patients resuscitated with the use of mechanical chest compression devices. European Resuscitation Council from 2015 to mechanical CPR devices are not recommended for routine use, but stresses that in special situations they may be needed. Evidence of previous studies have shown the positive role of the mechanical system for the LUCAS chest compressions in the activities of such units of the health system, as the ambulance. Conclusions: The system for the LUCAS chest compression is a device that allows you to perform effective chest compressions during cardiopulmonary resuscitation, corresponding to modern methodological guidelines for CPR.

We offered the method of microwave radio thermometry (RTM-01-RES) for an estimation of deep bode temperature, differential diagnostics, choosing of therapeutic approach and work in hospital department of Emergency Call service. A method is based on intensity measurement of own electromagnetic radiation of inner body tissue in the microwave region. In the comparative analysis of patients with a lower back pain (n=51) and of control group (n=93) a dependence of deep temperature on age is established. There is not- ed an opportunity to visualize temperature fields and to objectify musculo-tonic compensatory disorders, pain intensity, recrudescence duration, to control treatment
